shapes, manufactured, cured and baked out in controlled conditions
to optimize refractory properties and service performance.
Redi-ShapesTM can
be manufactured from
standard and “special” exotic Plibrico engineered monolithic
refractory compositions to suit the specific application - from a
one-of-a-kind, massive shape to a large production run.
Custom firing, up to 2000oF, also optimizes
shape properties for the specific application.
Redi-ShapesTM can be engineered for rapid
field installation, with intergral anchorage, installation
hardware and alloy fiber reinforcement.
