Refractory Construction
Plibrico Company is seeking an experienced Sales/Project Manager for one of its construction operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Determine and recommend refractory material and construction requirements
- Estimate resulting project costs and pricing strategy
- "Sell" the project to the customer at all levels
- Oversee and manage the successful completion of the projects
Background/Experience Requirements:
- Minimum ten years refractory experience
- Strong technical ability and knowledge
- Good selling and interpersonal skills
Compensation and benefits are competitive and include a base salary plus a very lucrative incentive package based on project profitability plus expenses.
